• Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)/Industrial Liaison Project (ILP) will designate an Industrial Liaison Officer for the coordination with Epoch, which represents all its member companies, and there will be a contact person designated at each of the member company for the coordination, planning and implementation of ILP activities. 
• The Industrial Liaison Officer will visit Taiwan once a year to identify the needs of each ILP member company and continue the relationship with Epoch. 

• MIT/ILP will arrange at least six MIT professors to visit Taiwan to provide speeches or symposiums based on ILP members’ needs.

  Participation in annual ILP symposiums in MIT and Taiwan provides access to the latest trends, occasions for meeting with companies from different countries, enhanced networking, and opportunities for cooperation.  Epoch-ILP member company or their affiliate companies are entitled to such access free of charge or at a rebate.

• Epoch-ILP members are able to enjoy a good communication channel with MIT to effectively tap into the R&D resources at MIT, opportunities to acquaint themselves with leading scholars pertinent to their business, engagement of outstanding professionals from MIT, and staying on top of the latest developments and opportunities for business cooperation. 

• MIT/ILP arranges Epoch-ILP members to visit MIT, which includes visiting pertinent departments and laboratories as well as meeting with related professors. 

• MIT/ILP may at any time update Epoch-ILP members on the latest courses or symposiums, and mail important publications on management and technology for the member to keep abreast of the newest developments in industrial and technology related to the member company.

An annual fee of US$70,000 will entitle members to the aforementioned comprehensive service.
